All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Saadouni Ecom LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Saadouni Ecom LLC ships to customers within the United States as well as internationally. Shipping availability to specific countries or regions may vary and is subject to change without notice.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic Orders (United States): 5 to 10 business days
International Orders: 10 to 21 business days
Expedited Domestic Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
Expedited International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed prior to order confirmation. Saadouni Ecom LLC may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to their individual terms and conditions.


SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Saadouni Ecom LLC has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


RISK OF LOSS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Saadouni Ecom LLC is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days at contact@saadouni.store. We will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


DELAYS

Saadouni Ecom LLC is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, weather events, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
